Leah takes an eclectic approach to counseling, combining skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic, Narrative and Experiential therapies. Leah is trained in Brainspotting to support clients in processing and relieving the body from stressors and trauma.
